At one time the Arab nations had the best engineering and design and were the leading civilization in the world, then they embraced a religion which stipulated that all learning stopped in the 12th century and now so many of them are illiterate thugs right out of the dark ages. The west will continue to put up with chaps like Hossian until the threat becomes enough that the public demands defense - then the only option will probably be to nuke 'em back to the stone age and prevent any cross cultural contamination through the borders.
